Returns & Refunds

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new artwork! As an independent design store, every purchase means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it better.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our artworks are custom-printed just for you, production usually begins very shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change your shipping address, swap a size, or cancel your order, please email us at support@meron.design within 12 hours of purchasing. Once production has started, we unfortunately cannot make changes or cancel the order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your art should arrive in pristine condition. If your order was damaged in transit, has a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

What to do:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
  • We’ll sort it out right away—no need to ship the damaged item back to us!

3. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

We stand completely behind the quality of our artwork, which is why we offer an unusually generous return window. If you simply changed your mind or the piece doesn't fit your space the way you hoped, we gladly accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and safely packed in its original packaging. Please note that since we offer custom print-on-demand items, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at support@meron.design with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with the correct return address. (Please do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package without contacting us first).
  3. Pack the item securely. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have it. If the item is in good condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after it has been processed on our end.

5. Exchanges

To keep things simple and fast, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or a completely different artwork, the easiest way is to return your original item for a refund (following the standard return process above) and place a new order for the piece you want.

6. Lost Packages & Delays

Shipping can sometimes be unpredictable. If your tracking information hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or if your package is marked as "delivered" but is nowhere to be found, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.

If it's still missing, contact us within 90 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to track it down or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
