We reserve the right to correct any errors with an order, or to cancel an order and refund any amount charged. If you receive an order that you believe contains a mistake, we encourage you to contact us right away so that we may correct the error.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 5. Personal Use Limitation & Prohibited Uses

Generally, the use of our Services is limited to orders for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase products for the primary purpose of reselling them. If you are interested in buying large quantities of products for wholesale or commercial purposes, please contact our support team to discuss specialized arrangements.

6. Shipping, Taxes, and Title

Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown during the checkout process prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges include the estimated rate we are charged by our shipping partners, plus a reasonable amount for packaging and handling.

Title to the products and the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We endeavor to deliver all orders on schedule; however, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as our shipping providers or suppliers may experience unexpected delays or logistical problems.

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once your package reaches the country of destination. All related customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, you remain liable for the original purchase and shipping costs.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we proudly accept returns even if you simply changed your mind. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Colors: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, due to variations in computer monitors, screen calibrations, and ambient lighting, actual colors of the printed product may vary slightly from the digital representation.

Medium & Style Representation: All wall art products sold on our Service (including posters and canvases) are digitally printed reproductions. Any references to specific artistic techniques, mediums, or movements (such as watercolor, oil painting, woodblock prints, or historical art styles) in our product titles, descriptions, or imagery describe only the visual style and aesthetic appearance of the design, and do not indicate that the product is an original artwork or created using those physical materials.

Sizes: Weights and size dimensions provided are approximate. Due to automated manufacturing processes, there is a standard tolerance for minor variations in size and cropping.

If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Payments and Billing

If you wish to make a purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, a credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods used by you for any such purchase.

We host a variety of artistic works and designs. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating every piece of artwork in exhaustive detail, although we reserve the right to do so. You understand and acknowledge that art is subjective, and you may be exposed to works that you may personally find to be unconventional or objectionable.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as review widgets or payment gateways) over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

We do our best to provide high-quality items, but we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased by you will perfectly meet all your expectations.

Meron, along with its directors, employees, and partners, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of the service, any conduct of third parties on the service, or any unauthorized access to your transmissions. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Individual Capacity: We ask that any claims be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
