Order Processing and Fulfillment

All of our printed art and merchandise is printed on demand especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packaged before it is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on your location:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Canada: 6–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, shipments may incur customs fees, VAT, or duties depending on your destination country. This fee is not included in your purchase price and varies depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are entirely responsible for these fees.

Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If your package seems lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and replace it if it was lost by the carrier. However, we are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
